Founded in 1906, Elgin Golf Club is widely regarded as one of the finest inland courses in the North of Scotland. Measuring 6,496 yards with par of 71 and a Course Rating of 71.6 and a Slope Rating of 125 off the White Medal Tees, the challenging but fair course is a true test of low and high handicap players alike.
Situated in the heart of Moray and Speyside, the golf course is kept in immaculate condition by the green-staff and boasts stunning views over the town of Elgin and the Moray coast to the north and the hills stretching to the distant Cairngorm Mountains to the south.
The Hardhillock Bar and Bistro situated in the clubhouse provides full food and beverage facilities and you will receive a warm welcome from our friendly staff.
Visitors and groups are always welcome at Elgin Golf Club and there are a variety of corporate and individual Men, Ladies and Junior membership packages to suit everyone

Elgin Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Club Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our historic and welcoming golf club.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in shaping the future of the club while working with a passionate committee, staff, and membership.
The club is entering an exciting and important phase of development. A course masterplan is currently being delivered by MacKenzie and Ebert, alongside a clear strategic focus on
sustainability, member experience and the long term improvement of both the course and clubhouse facilities.

Unfortunately due to adverse weather, we have made the decision to cancel our Greensomes Open this morning.
Heavy overnight rainfall and with further heavy rainfall forecast this morning, we want to be fair to those participants travelling to Elgin while also being able to deliver an enjoyable experience for those taking part.

It was a pleasure to welcome a group of visitors from Denmark to Elgin Golf Club this week, and we were delighted to make their visit extra special with the introduction of a Caddy Service for the first time.
Club members Stevie Milne, Jon Yates, Eck Paterson & Martin Bryceland stepped up to deliver that personal touch, sharing their local knowledge, helping our guests around the course and, most importantly, ensuring they experienced the warm hospitality that Elgin Golf Club is proud to offer.
